That's Gonna Leave a Mark

Three improvisers are pushed to their limits by undergoing gruelling physical challenges as they attempt to find the plot. Shock collars, floors of lego, and spicy foods mean there is only one certainty: That’s Gonna Leave a Mark.

Join us for this one of a kind Stanford improv experiment. We'll be there. Will you?

About the Artist

timetheft theatre society strives to create and produce exciting theatre by emerging, queer, and neurodivergent theatre artists. we aim to help artists platform their original and reimagined art in an accessible and engaging manner.

Thomas Moore (he/they) is one of timetheft theatre’s co-founders and is proud to be making independent theatre in Victoria. They are a director, designer and improviser who is excited to be improvising for you this summer! Thomas’ previous timetheft credits include: Of Theseus (2023), Carpet (2023) and most recently Endgame (2024). His favourite torture method is stubbing your toe on an ottoman. Youch.

Theodore Falkiner is a queer settler theatre artist who grew up on the territories of the Katzie and Kwantlen First Nations, and is a founding member of timetheft theatre. Growing up, Theo watched a lot of Monty Python, Laverne and Shirley, and The Muppet Show and these comedians are probably the reason they became funny. Theo found out about improv as a tween and after years of rigorous training has gone on to teach at esteemed institutions like The Canadian Improv Games’ Improv Camp and Kaleidoscope Theatre for Young People. Theo’s favorite torture method is a razor scooter to the ankle.

Elijah Bell (he/him) is a many hatted individual and the founder of Heliopsis Theatre Co. based in Victoria. Recent credits include writing and directing Spare Parts: A Robot Space Musical (2025), and 600 Seconds (2024), in his free time he enjoys researching forbidden texts and shouting “ITS ALIVE” on dark and stormy nights. His favourite torture method is Scaphism (but not if it happened to him).
