Fringe buttons can be picked up either at the Intrepid Studio Box Office during open hours, or otherwise at the venue of your first show. All non-button merchandise must be picked up at the Intrepid Studio - 1609 Blanshard Street.
If you are buying tickets and merchandise, your tickets will be emailed to you, but your merchandise must still be picked up.
