Ket Bush and Vivian Vanderpuss return with a brand new series of drag experiments for Mouthfull 2!

Mouthfull is a drag-theatre show that isolates one core element of drag - and dials it to 100, back down to zero, turns it inside out, and asks about its relationship with its mother. In Mouthfull’s sold-out first edition (OUTstages 2025, Drag is Art 2025), Ket and Viv played with the drag tenet of lip syncing. What does it mean to hold other people’s words in your mouth? What if there are too many to hold? And what happens when the words run out?

The girls have been furiously bumping brain cells ever since, and are back with new questions in Mouthfull 2. Lips-be-damned: Ket & Viv are now expanding their minds beyond their faces in a quest for their Ultimate Drag Bodies. Who are we wearing? What are we embodying? Where exactly in our bodies is Cher hiding at? When did our heads get so huge? And what if we never stop growing?

About the Artists

Victoria’s Vintage Vixen, Vivian Vanderpuss, has been dazzling audiences for almost a decade. Blending music from the past with pop culture (also from the past) she creates camp-tastic numbers, chock-a-block with big hair and glamour. Vivian starred on Canada’s Drag Race Season 3, stealing the hearts of the nation and almost the crown. Wig Wizard, cat mom and non-sequitur lover Vivian is sure to leave you wondering, “How did I get here and did I need to buy this much Tupperware?”

British import Ket Bush is Victoria’s smartest dumbass: 50% class, 50% crass and 69% bad at math. Ket straddles an artistic life between bars and theatres, and has been the proud creator of eight original drag-theatre shows in Victoria since her debut in 2022. Ket (and the man inside her, Louie Lang Norman) was OUTstages Artist In Residence 2024, and before moving to Canada he presented solo shows at international performance festivals in the United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland. Louie has published scholarly work on Theatre Fandom, is really invested in horses, and likes taking silliness seriously..

Arrival at the venue: The doors will open  30 minutes ahead of showtime. Masks are welcomed inside the theatre and available at the box office. Refunds: If you are not feeling well or have any symptoms, please stay home to help keep everyone safe.
